These Terms govern use of louandlee.com and purchases, registrations and subscriptions offered by Lou & Lee Events and Designs. By using the website or completing a transaction, you agree to these Terms and the applicable policies shown during checkout.
Estimates and event services
Website estimates are preliminary and nonbinding. An event is not booked until Lou & Lee confirms availability, final scope, agreement and required payment. Delivery, setup, retrieval, route mileage, parking, tolls, rentals, outdoor conditions and venue requirements may affect the final quote.
Shop orders
Balloon kits and custom items are made to order. Customers are responsible for accurate contact, color, fulfillment and shipping information. Timelines are estimates and may be affected by carrier or supply conditions.
Balloonion
Balloonion registration, VIP upgrades and gala guest tickets are subject to capacity and event rules. Existing Paperbell plans remain in Paperbell unless Lou & Lee gives written notice otherwise. Secure HQ links are personal and may not be shared.
Mentorship subscription
Balloon Blueprint Mentorship is a recurring monthly subscription until canceled. Cancellation stops future renewals after the effective cancellation date; it does not automatically refund prior charges.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, interfere with security, attempt unauthorized access, copy protected materials for commercial use, or submit false, abusive or unlawful content.
Intellectual property
Lou & Lee branding, Balloonion branding, artwork, photographs, copy and website materials are owned by or licensed to Lou & Lee and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.
Disclaimers and limitation
The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Lou & Lee is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by website interruptions, third-party services, carriers, venues or circumstances outside reasonable control.
Changes
Lou & Lee may update these Terms by posting a revised date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
