Please review before purchasing. Different offerings have different cancellation and refund rules.

Balloon kits and made-to-order merchandise

Made-to-order balloon kits, customized items and limited-edition merchandise are final sale unless the item arrives materially damaged or Lou & Lee made a fulfillment error. Report a qualifying issue promptly with photos and the order number.

Balloonion registration and add-ons

Balloonion registration payments, VIP upgrades and gala guest tickets are nonrefundable and are not eligible for credits. Transfer requests may be considered case by case and are not guaranteed. Existing Paperbell payment plans continue under their current terms unless Lou & Lee confirms a change in writing.

Monthly auto-draft plans

Balloonion installment schedules are fixed-term payment arrangements for the total registration balance. Canceling a payment method does not cancel the underlying registration obligation. Contact Lou & Lee promptly if payment information needs to be updated.

Mentorship

Balloon Blueprint Mentorship renews monthly until canceled. Cancellation applies to future renewals. Charges already processed are nonrefundable except where required by law or expressly approved by Lou & Lee.

Event design services

Retainers, design fees and event-service payments are governed by the signed proposal or agreement for that event. If a signed agreement conflicts with this page, the signed agreement controls.
