Our Story

Creative partners. Cousins at heart.

Lou & Lee began with a shared love of decorating and grew into an Atlanta-based balloon design studio known for bold, out-of-this-world installations.

Oscar and Lery met in 2009, began designing together for friends and family, and officially launched Lou & Lee Events and Designs in 2017 by combining Oscar’s middle name, Louis, with Lery’s middle name, Lee. Today, their work spans private celebrations, corporate events, commercials, television, film and hands-on balloon workshops across the United States and Canada. Their motto—Real Men Decorate—reflects the confidence, creativity and joy they bring to every room they transform.

Base pricing includes up to three colors. Number or themed balloons are $15 each. Floral additions, premium embellishments, delivery, setup and breakdown are additional. Outdoor installs are accepted selectively and may require added stabilization or weather-related fees.

Outdoor installation review required. Outdoor balloon work is accepted on a limited basis and depends on temperature, wind, shade, surface conditions and the design’s ability to be stabilized safely.
