Lou & Lee Events and Designs respects the privacy of clients, shoppers, Balloonion Cousins, hosted participants, mentorship applicants and website visitors. This policy explains the information we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Contact and event details submitted through inquiries, registrations, orders, mentorship forms and secure account access.
- Business profile information and optional profile photos that Cousins choose to add to My Balloonion HQ.
- Order, registration and payment-status records. Full card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by Lou & Lee.
- Optional merch favorites, preorder alerts, directory preferences and Cousin Card sharing preferences.
- Basic technical information needed to operate, secure and troubleshoot the website.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, fulfill orders, manage Balloonion registration and access, deliver official updates, operate mentorship subscriptions, prevent duplicate registrations, support payment plans and improve the customer experience.
Service providers
We use trusted service providers to operate the website, including Stripe for payment processing, Supabase for database/authentication/storage, Resend for transactional email, Netlify for hosting and other vendors needed for event or order fulfillment. These providers process information according to their own terms and privacy practices.
Optional sharing
Cousin directory visibility, profile-card contact details and merch alerts are optional. Email addresses, phone numbers, payment information and shirt sizes remain private unless the Cousin expressly chooses to place selected contact details on a shareable Cousin Card.
Retention and security
We retain records for business, event, payment, support and legal purposes. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of eligible personal information by emailing hello@louandlee.com. Certain transaction or legal records may need to be retained.
