Ordering rule: “Confirmed to order” excludes test accounts and attendees who still have a pending Admin-created payment. Their saved sizes remain visible below as pending so Oscar and Lery can plan without accidentally counting them as finalized shirts.

Use this only after the current Balloonion is complete and the next year's pricing, dates and theme have been reviewed.
This does not delete or reset people. Existing profiles, registrations, Stripe/Paperbell records, receipts and permanent Cousin badges remain in the system. Cousins use the same email and secure login, then submit a new registration for the active year. VIP, gala and merchandise purchases do not carry forward.

Website saves publish immediately. Current live content remains the fallback if a saved setting is ever unavailable. Stripe, Supabase, registration rules and page layouts cannot be edited here.

Lou & Lee digital products
Manage the two public-shop listings for the Balloon Pricing Blueprint and Calculator System. Both are one-time digital purchases fulfilled immediately after Stripe confirms payment.
Keep a listing hidden until its price and PDF are ready. The bundle can also include a private Google Sheets “Make a copy” link. Customers receive the purchased PDF by email and from the paid checkout confirmation screen.
